Hi guys - I just got a fancy FirePro W9000 for my HP Z800 - but when I installed it and clicked the Power On button, all I hear is this horrible screeching, whining noise and then the machine powers off.

I attached the two 6 pin power cables, so it doesn't seem like it should be a power supply problem, but I'm not sure.

Is there anything that I am missing or forgetting to do here?
