Manufacturers and sellers not stating what they have produced or are selling.

I need a PCI-E x16 rev 1.0 card, when I search for that I find pages of cards that all turn out to be PCI-E 2.0 cards and of no use to me?

I am at the moment interested in a  ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT 256MB DDR2 RAM PCI-Express  but I can't find out which slot this card is actually for

All manufacturers and vendors seem to have the same problem, you can select an enourmous amount of options to find the card you may want, like the type of memory on board and wether it makes toast & coffee for you but you can not select a choice of PCI-e 1.0/1.0a/2.0 ?

Its a pretty vital choice if you only have a pci-e rev 1.0 slot

I have a PCI-e x16 rev 1.0a slot , if anyone can give me some ati options for this slot I would be so grateful, I'm getting dizzy going around in circles at the moment.

PCIe 2.0 is backwards compatible with PCIe 1.0, the major difference being speed.
