Hello, I've recently bough and installed the HD 6450 in a Dell Desktop (Windows 8 , Latest Drivers Installed) I'm intending to use as a Media Centre (I previously had a much older card with HDMI out that worked just fine but didn't have onboard sound). Unfortuantely when I boot the PC I get no picture on the TV at any point. When I have dual  monitors the D-Sub works fine and I can see that  the Catalyst Control centre recognizes there is a (Toshiba) TV attached, but stilll no picture. Intrestingly I've also attached to a different TV and that seems to work fine. Any Ideas?
