I can't update to the AMD 13.1 drivers cause I get an instant BSOD. I tried installing normally get BSOD, tried using stumped guide for a clean install still BSOD. I'm forced to use driver swepper then install 12.8 drivers because the drivers won't let me even log in to my pc I have to log in safe mode in order to be able to control it. about to give up on amd since I had this issue 2 months ago and it is still not fixed on their driver. I even tried 13.2 Beta 4 or something like that still BSOD not sure what to do anymore I don't want to be forced to stay with the 12.8 drivers. Thanks in advance if you can help.
