Hello friends! (Excuse me for my english). About problem: I can`t update my video drivers. I downloaded the latest version, update was completed, then I rebooted PC. After reboot i check driver version with "DxDiag" and.... the version was old. I repeat install 5 or 6 times. I unnistaled drivers, made reboot, install drivers... and  and again this version (8.17.0010.1107)

What happend? Please. help me, comrades) From Russia with regards!

Is this a laptop? If so, go to the laptop forum and read the sticky there about updating mobility drivers. If not, please furnish the info asked for in "PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING".

Appears to be a desktop PC with iG31 chipset.

Anyway, seem the install does not want to take. Check this 1st and report back.

Run the ATI uninstall utility, then run the catalyst 13.1. Not aware if the uninstall works on Vista. Page say Windows 7.

Run these as administrator.
