I noticed this some time ago and thought it was photoshop problem, but after a while I started noticing it happens in several other graphic programs such as cinema 4d aswell. Even after fresh installs.

What happens is that it turns several shades of blue into black for no apparent reason. This only seams to happen in preview mode and doesnt show up in any renders/saved pictures.
in the case of photoshop it even shows the colors normaly on the navigator screen

It seems to be a software program, but can't seem to find any similar cases. How can I fix this because it's really annoying when working on mainly blue projects

my setup:

Antec LifeStyle Sonata III (ATX, 500W, Zwart)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro (Socket 775)
Corsair 4GB DDR2 (2X2GB) PC6400 800Mhz CL5
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
MSI P6N SLI-F V2, nForce 650I SLI
AMD HD7850 (bios v.015.017.000.00, bios part#113-C4030400-X002)

driver version 9.012-121219a-154611C-ATI
catalyst: 13.1
