What you just said doesn't make enough sense. What do you mean by "little power" ? Is the PC not turning on? Are you trying to say you are getting low FPS in games?

You need to fill out the sticky at the top of the forum here so we at least have an idea what you are talking about, as well as your system specifications.

ok

i brough a 7870 2gb shapphire and i put it in my pc and put the 2x6pin cables in the card needed, and the card will not power on at first it gets that sort of power look,(press the power button and it puts a bit of power in the pc and stops but the cpu and gpu fans move like 1/4 way) and that's it. i have the psu stated in first post and am 100% sure it should power it. and i already use a asus 7770 so i know my pc all works.

Because this is a peer-to-peer GAMING forum..thats why. If another user has had a similar problem, he might share his experience. If you want AMD support...contact AMD through the issue reporting form.

i do not know if its black screen since it down power up. i think due to it being on of the bad cards that was meant to have been called back due to the bad caps, that the caps have gone on it resulting in it being why its not powering up.

i had this number {ticketno:[8200538518]}

then about 20min later i got this email.

Since you mentioned 7770. Have you tried putting it back in and seeing if it will power up.

If it powers up, then its the card. If it doesn't you have failing hardware elseware.

Is your motherboard not throwing any post codes? (IE my gigabyte and MSI boards will both throw missing / bad GPU post code series of beeps if I remove the video cards from either one)
