Graphics Card
- XFX AMD Radeon HD 6800

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History
- Currently on Catalyst 13.3 beta, also tested on 13.1 stable

Operating System
- win 7 64-bit SP 1

Issue Details
- Horiztonal green lines appear when GPU card is not idle (during video playback, video games, etc.). Also, sound cuts out about every ~30 seconds for a second

- Issue occurs on new display (Samsung 46'' TV, 1080p 120 hz), never occured on old display (LG 32'' TV 720p 60 hz)

-Tried uninstalling drivers, issue doesn't occur when using motherboard video output

-The display is fine using other sources (playstation, cable box)

-This happens on resoultions higher than 1280 x 720

CPU Details
- include model, speed, number of cores (ex: AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Ed.)
- if any over-clocking is being done provide details about it (ex: multiplier, voltages, clock speeds, and the application used to over-clock)

Motherboard BIOS Version
- the BIOS version is displayed as soon as your system is powered on (ex: ASUS BIOS 1015)

System Memory Type & Amount

-4 GB Patroit G2 DDR3 1600mz

usually green lines mean that the gpu is starting to fail.
