I have been pulling out my hair trying to get smooth video playback from my gopro hero 3 black. I have unistalled my drivers and all supporting software and installed the latest download from AMD. After the fresh install I have still seen a warning pop up that theres no driver installed for my hardware. I have uninstalled and installed a dozen times. I even tried the new 13.3 beta version driver thats also available at AMD. My PC is from newegg and I believe it has the following specs.

3.4 ghz processor

4gb ddr3 ram

750 watt ps

I run two monitors a 23 inch samsung on the connection thats not HDMI. and a 42" vizio TV for movies in another room over the HDMI. The most resent install messed up the vizio so I had to go into CCC and adjust the scaling on that TV. This had not happened on previous installs. I also find that CCC has more optoins for adjustments on this most resent install. Previously it only had Power and CPU for options.

I dont know much more about computers than I have listed here. I certainly follow directions but my question is, am I demanding too much from this card and if so, what would be a good upgrade? I run two TV's so double digital out would be prefered.
