I am running windows xp 32bit

Motherborad: Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3200+

Video Card: Radeon X800GT

Ram: 2gb

PSU: 300 watt

I am attempting to setup the new video card. Hardware instalation is no problem, how ever the moniton keeps saying on signal when i turn on the PC. It seems to turn on ok.

What can I do?

The 5450 requires a 400 watt minimum power supply.

Clean install of drivers after updating netframework, as shown , is the first thing to try > http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=444&threadid=162444&enterthread=y
