I purchased a Radeon 7770 recently and up until about 2 months ago it performed wonderfully, and still does in games. However, I've noticed that while trying to watch videos in steam, run things in Chrome like the fishbowl test, and most recently while trying to watch a video with windows media player, I get this screen flicker that eventually results in a blue screen.

I managed to snap a picture:

The other screen was still functioning as normal, it was just this display on which it was happening.

Please Read the Stick before Posting. You need to give these people more information regarding your setup.

Setup:

Biostar I55 Motherboard

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

2.66GHz Intel i5-750

8GB G.Skill Sniper Series RAM 1866MHz

XFX AMD Radeon 7770 Super OC Edition 1GB GDDR5

I apologize that I did not mention that I have never recieved the "Display driver stopped responding" message as referenced in the sticky. I have also  reinstalled things like Flash, Java, and DirectX, and the problem persists.
