I bought a hd Radeon 7770 about 2 months ago and put it in the pc about 2 weeks ago.  It came with a cd and in the original box with all the leaflets.  I upgraded my psu to the XFX Pro 550W as those leaflets recommended.  I loaded the cd but after loading and doing the required system reboot, a number of error messages appeared.  First was that windows sidebar had stopped working, then the mm driver, finally the catalyst control center.  I looked on linie at this point and found a number of solutions.  At first, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the software that came on the cd.  When that failed I tried wiping my hard drive and starting from scratch.   That also failed.  When I reinstalled it this time a new error message appeared.  It said that my .net framework has stopped.  I installed that from microsoft but the initial 3 error messages just havent gone away.  i also tried downloading it all from amd on the internet but the problem was still there.

I really need the pc up and running asap so any help will be greatly appreciated...
