Question regarding my XFX Radeon HD 6670 2GB DDR3 Card

I have a Gateway DX4860-UR33p with Win 7 Home Premium 64bit and an i5-2320 Processor, Antec 450 Watt PSU and 6GB of DDR3 SDRAM, originally the system came with an Intel HD 2000 onboard graphics card.

I put in the new graphics card and plugged in the HDMI cord into my Dell Monitor and in the back of the new card. I went online and downloaded the Catalyst Software Suite 13.4. I also before all this I formatted my computer with a fresh copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 62bit.

I try to play a free MMO such as Perfect World on low settings and it skips and lags like crazy, i try to play Counter Strike and its nearly impossible, I think you get the picture. What am i doing wrong?

Get current with netframework and try a clean install, is my suggestion. Article "How to install new drivers" in the FAQ section has a link to netframework.
