I installed a new motherboard and chip and i am useing a fairly new card from my last pc. I start up any game from steam and after 20-30 min the case fan the video fan and the board fan all turn on high and I lose video. Is this a setting issue because the board will take 2 cards or is my video card ned to be replaced as well? I updated all my video drivers and if im just useing the pc to surf I dont have any issues. also 700 watt power supply so thats not an issue.

If you replaced an existing motherboard with a new one, but did not reformat and reinstall the OS, than that is likely the root cause to your crashing issue.

Beyond that, however, the community will definitely benefit from knowing your previous and current system specifications.  Please see the "read before posting" sticky to to get an idea of the information that would be helpful to know.
