sorry to ask here but i dont know where to ask this , im searching in forums for 4 days and i cant find any solution , i have problem when i open two video programs , game or video apps like youtube and java games im getting fps problem like the graphics slows down ... anyone knows what kind of problem can do this? that problem appeared like 3 days ago suddenly...

ive done everything but cant find the solution... please help me

I think this is caused by graphic card .

    ( Please don't paste dxdiag )

1. Processor (I5-xxxx, A10-xxxx, etc)
2. Graphics card (HD6970, HD4850, Mobility, etc)
3. OS (Win7, Win8, WinXP, 32 or 64bit, etc)
4. Catalyst version (13.2, 12.10, etc)
5. Power Supply..list make and model and wattage
6. RAM
7. Did your computer come with the OS (upgraded?) and Graphics card (previous card?) you have now?
8. Monitor resolution (native), connected by (DVI, HDMI, etc)

3. OS : Win 7 home prenium 64bit sp1
4. Catalyst version : 13.152.0.0
5. Power Supply : Corsair Gs 700 gaming edition , 700wat
6. RAM:2x Corsair 4gb 1600hz DDR 3 
7. Did your computer come with the OS (upgraded?) and Graphics card (previous card?) you have now? Its new custom build Pc 
8. Monitor resolution : 1920X1080 60hz connected to HDMI

You might to look in the How To Forum, Core Parking sounds like you might have that issue. Causes slow FPS and system runs like a slug.

Another option Cool and Quiet I think you need to check your bios. Stump will be back trust me, but look into those items.

Disable hardware acceleration. In IE..go to tools, internet options,advanced. Choose software rendering. Same for firefox.

tried everything on links any from those solutions and i can see the difference , its better i mean , but not like before 3days ... i dont know what is the problem and what it happend 3days ago maybe on my graphic card those little chips or something broke out ... and i have to buy a new one ? its a shame cause its new T_T

Any more help please ?? maybe i have to replace my new graphic card? Maybe any chip broke out or something ? is it possible ?
