Does it happen in every 3d application or just that one game?

Same problem on Shogun 2 and Batman Arkham City and when I tested my system with 3DMark, I could see the rays on the test videos as well.

I'd swap the card out then. I've seen that happening with 4870's and it drove me bonkers. Had to swap the cards out to get rid of it.

You can try increasing the voltage of the video card to see if it goes away. but I doubt it will.

Thank you for that.

I played yesterday and I noticed that the issue may get much more visible than on the screens I linked to, but also that for a few hours, the issue disappeared. I don't know why...

I will try to increase the voltage and will keep you posted.

I'd rather not return the card back to the seller because I would have to wait for long weeks before they send me a new one, but if I have to... I will!

Vantharas,

I'm quite new to this so I better check with you.

I should use MSI Burner and only increase the Core Voltage, currently at 1125, correct? What value should I put for the test?

Thanks again.

I use MSI afterburner. And yes only increase the voltage by .5v. If that fixes it, swap your card out.

Or try lowering the clocks of your memory / GPU by 50mhz and see if it changes.

But either way , if doing either of the above makes them go away, return your card.
