Hi everyone.

I've got an issue with the rendering of web pages. Sometimes, when I load a page, parts of the upper part of the screen become pixelated. The site looks normal at first, but when I scroll down or something, a good proportion becomes pixel-blurry. I'm not sure how to describe this. It is like loading a large png image through a slow connection. the picture is pixelated at first and becomes sharper as it loads. Well, here's the opposite: picture/text/youtube video loads at first and becomes blocky when I try to scroll or something. Here's the funny part: When I mark the pixelated parts (dragging with the mouse or something), the areas are rendered just fine. Once I drop the selection, issue is mostly gone, but can reappear when I scroll again. It's not grave but really anoying.

Here are the tech facts:

- HD 4850 or 4870, not sure which.
