Hi,

My HD 7770 is connected to Samsung Syncmaster 931BW via DVI and Primeview HDTV (720p) via HDMI.
I Use Duplicate view and the HDTV is the preferred display.

I see horizontal line / tear. The line appears now and then especially but not limited to scenes with movement (in a movie, didn't test it in games).

Previously I had HD 4890 with the same hardware and configuration (driver 13.2 though) and had no problems.

By the way, It doesn't happen in Extended mode.

My set up is:

Graphics Card:

XFX R7770 (it is actually HD7770 and not R series) model FX-777A-ZN

No overclocking.

AMD Catalyst Driver Version

Clean install of 13.9

Operating System

Windows 7 64bit SP1

Motherboard or System Make & Model

Gigabyte P55-USB3, FW F9 (2011), no newer bios

CPU

Intel Core i5 760, 2.80 GHz, 4 Cores, No overclock
System Memory

Memory: 8GB DDR3, 667MHz, Brand PDP Systems, Model PSD34G1332

Power Supply

Delta Electronics GPS-550AB Rev 02F, 550W

Applications

For viewing I use Media Player Classic Home Cinema with Combined Community Codec Pack

Additional Hardware

4 Case fans, 5 HD, System HD is SSD SCZ Vertex 4, One Plextor DVDR, Creative Elite Pro.

Thank you for your help.
