Ok, i just bought a brand new R9 290x. For some reason it performce very bad as soon as my networkcable is plugged in. When theres no connection the card has high fps. In crysis 3 ca 50-120 fps and in borderlands 2 100-260 fps. All settings on max in 1080p. As soon as i connect to the internet the fps goes down to 7-25 in Crysis 3 and 50-60 in Borderlands. Ive done everyting I could think of. Virusscan, trojanscan. Updated bios and drivers for everything I could think of. Same low fps as an reslut. I dont get this. Please help.

Try installing this, and seeing what network traffic you're actually getting after you plug back in.  You probably won't be able to make much sense of it, but you're apparently flying blind now.

Open task manager and connect to the internet, under performance --> resource monitor --> Network it list which processes have network activity and which IP addresses are connected to.
