I am averaging around 30 FPS in Battlefield 4, and am getting similar numbers for similar games.  Should I RMA my card?

GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7990

Processor: Intel I5-4670k

Ram: 8 GB DDR3

Mobo: MSI Z87-G41

OS: Windows 7 x64

What resolution, what detail settings? Have you turned VSync off?

1920x1080 (native resolution).   I've tried with v-ysynch on and off, using both CCC and the in-game v-synch

Do you have a power slider in your CCC? Is it set to +20?

Are both GPUs being used in game? Use MSI Afterburner to monitor.
