I am averaging around 30 FPS in Battlefield 4, and am getting similar numbers for similar games. Should I RMA my card?

What resolution, what detail settings? Have you turned VSync off?

1920x1080 (native resolution). I've tried with v-ysynch on and off, using both CCC and the in-game v-synch
Do you have a power slider in your CCC? Is it set to +20?
