I recently puchased the amd radeon hd 7750 to replace an aging Nvidia GeForce gt 545 3g card. first a little history:The system is 3 years old. I ran win 7 premium than updated 5 months after 8 was released  to windows 8 pro. The system  was extemely fast. From power on until the hard drive stopped loading was under 1:30. I was using photoshop cs6ext and was noticing an occasional crash while working in 3d. I have been following the nvidia drivers forum and they stated nothing past 314.22 was stable. contacting hp a month before the warranty ran out they suggested updating the driver. To make a long story short, it crashed the system and reset the bios to boot. I have since restored the system first using the original components including the nvidia card. it was extremely slow booting and every action in photoshop is delayed.I've since replaced the hd and video card trying to eliminate the speed problem. I have however solved the PS crashing in 3d but every so often the screen in ps willll "blink."I figure you can't help me with the speed problem but maybe the insistant blink. I hope I have given enough information.
