And AMD told me to the same problem, that the hardware has a defect and sapphire should fix it.

So they already know whats going on ^^ They are try to make you think they are dumb and its a problem they never hear about ... they already know whats going on but they know there is no fix.

So i have the same problem as you and many others. And when i give my brother the graphiccard he will have the same problem too. I think we all have this. Lot of drivers released. Noone can fix it. Someone is sending me a Youtube-Video over a instant messager. I press on the link and BAMMMMM Blue Screen !

So i will try to get my money back .... it costs so much time ..... maybe a full year. And if i have to call a lawyer, i will get my money back for this .....

Its not very funny. Blue Screens ist nothing where you say: Hehe good Joke AMD ...please can you release a driver ... ohhhh wait this thing is since ever there... how long should i wait ... as long as i cant give it back... ahhh yeah you did it ...

2 weeks are so fast over and with the ammount of research that you need to realize that the problem is not on your side, you are bound to a broken hardware ?

Not with me, AMD !

Edit:

Someone told you that you can use chrome so you will not have BSODs... thats true, but only because the Hardware Acceleration is not working there with AMD XD..... im not sure if this is really true, but ive read it somewhere. And AMD is saying nothing so its all we have.

Sooo..... AMD is not working propper.

My latest research is that AMD has problem with power state switching.

Its nothing that is fixanble. So AMD has big problems with their drivers/hardware and if i dont get my money back AMD will have a problem with my lawyer.

Like a lot of us having this problem. Most of them living with it maybe or they are not often on youtube.

Your link is not a good solution. Guarante and so on.

And dont matter if this can work (with a MSI Software) this is not our job.

Im at the moment in my second "brought it back to Sapphire"-phase ... and they will bring it back again with "no failure" ... and more damaged graphiccard case....

the only way to fix it is to use a lawyer to get your money back or Sapphire is giving your money back without a lawyer....  Its their decission.

we will see.

But AMD is a no-go for me. I will never again touch AMD after this is through. At the moment we are at ~3 month. And its costs me maybe over a full year.

Never again AMD you are not a graphical solution. Maybe its the fault of Sapphire. Maybe the fault of you.

But anyway for me it ends everytime in the same way. With a Blue Screen !

Some of you has to get balls and give me my money back. You dont need to say to the world: "our R9 serie is broken and you all should get your money back"

But i want my money back.

And to the thread owner i can only say: "Bring it back as fast as you can, you shouldnt live with Blue Screens when you payed so much money"

We live with rendering problems on trees or maybe in bf3 flickering when changing the map and other stuff ive not seen in the short time i had the graphiccard. But because of that im not a big gamer im not suprised when there much more problems in games.

But when a graphiccard makes Blue Screens on watching Youtube. I will not know whats going on when you are playing games.

So do the same like me. Get rid of it ! Use a lawyer when they try to say the graphiccard is working.

Well, good luck for your refund, by the way i've read than the youtube problem can be fixed by disabling hardware acceleration. Cheers

Yeah he needs a "copy-paste"-answer ! @teLmo you should write to the support to get a "predefined-answer". That is what you need !

A user is saying:

This problem is not related a specific hardware, it can happen with any amd video card. And it is a old problem. There are thousands of threads over internet about this issue.

What fixed for me was disable firefox acceleration.

Tools-> Options -> advanced -> general -> uncheck use hardware acceleration.

so, its a well known problem. You will not get rid of this problem. And disabling hardware acceleration is not really a solution.

Its not a user related problem. AMD drivers are broken ... and there was never a fix and will never be a fix.

Refund the graphiccard as fast as you can ! I  try to do it to. It needs time. At the moment i have to go over a lawyer to get my money back because its a problem that is not fixable and it occurs each day and my vendor try to say its not their problem.
