Hello

I have an HP Pavilion Elite d5200t ATX with a 460w power supply and a 1GB ATI Radeon HD 4850 video card with 2 DVI, HDMI, and VGA connectors.

What are my options for replacement?

Budget is not a concern, I just want the best and most reliable video card. I am not a hard core gamer either. I edit video on it. That's about as strenuous as I get on a graphics card.

Thanks for any help.

Chris

What G33 processor, and memory would help. But I just would stick any money into it.

I am not sure I understand that last part? "stick any money into it"?

I was looking at this one. It fits power consumption and most of the other parameters of my system.

Any opinions?

You're asking in an AMD Radeon forum if you should get a nVidia GeForce card?

Sorry

My card is dying I am trying to match all the specs to something readily available. I was having trouble finding a 260x locally or within a day's shipping.

Why does it have to be a day's shipping?

Well, because as I said, it's failing. It's working on and off and getting worse. It could go out completely at any time. I use the machine for business and if the replacement is not something that's in stock or that can be shipped quickly I won't have it until into next week at the earliest. I am trying to avoid downtime.
