Problem:
I don't get a signal out of any of the ports of my graphics card when I start up my PC.

Background:
For about a month I used the VGA port of the build in graphics (Intel HD 4000) rather than my graphics card. In order to do this I disconnected the PSU from my graphics card (at the time I didn't realise I could change which graphics unit to use in my BIOS). I've now reconnected the PSU to the graphics card and plugged my DVI cable back in but I don't get a display on my monitor. I'm currently using the BIOS to boot using iGPU/Intel HD 4000.

Things I've tried:
- using a different DVI cable
- using a different monitor
- using the other DVI port and the HDMI port (of the graphics card)
- uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers
- removing the graphics card and plugging it back in

Other notes:
CPU-Z displays my graphics card as an option.
Device manager says the device is working properly and my driver is up to date
GPU-Z won't start up due to an OpenCL bug, I'm trying to reinstall the AMD OpenCL SDK at the moment to get this working, however I still didn't get a signal from my GPU when I COULD start up GPU-Z (at the time GPU-Z displayed all specs and sensors).

Specs:
Windows 8 64-bit
ASUS AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB OC
Intel i7 3770K @ 3.50GHz
8GB RAM DDR3
ASUS P8Z77-M

Any help would be much appreciated.
