Hello all I have been having this problem since I got my PC in January custom built system. The spec for this system is the following.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit

8GB RAM Kingston DDR3 Non-ECC 1600mhz

650W Corsair Modular PSU (c650M)

Saphie R7 260X 2GB Overclocked edition graphics card

Asus H81m Mobo

Intel-i5 4670

Graphics Card driver version in 13.350.

I posted my issue here: http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/324651-screen-going-blank-little-white-black-square-dots.html.

Basically I have been getting this weird white/black (it is also different colours) squares appearing on the screen it now seems to happen more than before, I got the latest AMD drivers and even got the beta drivers but problem persists. Today it was appearing when I was minimizing/maximizing windows, it's basically like a lag issue where some image is still displayed, if I highlight it, it dissapears. The idle temps for the system are:

Graphics Card = 25/28c
CPU = 30c (82F)
Mainboard 111C (231F)

Display Device(s) and Connection(s) Used

I have a 19" Acer V193WL (This is not recgonized by windows and I cannot install the drivers for this monitor). It is connected via DVI-VGA Adaptaer (So VGA-VGA)

Applications and Games

Before I only saw it happening in games like Arma 3, now it seems to happen on desktop

CPU Details

 Intel i5 4670. 4 cores

Additional Hardware

One internal Segate 1TB HDD, and SSD for boot Toshiba.

Additional Details
Virus/Malaware scans are done as well as Memtest no issues.

I have no idea what the problem could be.
