If your video card is problematic, could be time for a fresh install of Windows

my old gtx 260s would spin up at boot but my gtx 660 ti does not do that

evidently this is controlled by the video card bios

I tryd that program RBE , but cant find 1 good bios to use!

By saving my actual bios, i can see that parameters for fan are set to auto.

If its something on bios , its hiden, that this RBE dosent show, but theres a option  (fix spin up bug). that im not sure if it is the same.

http://www.techpowerup.com   Theres some bios there but, like i said , it didnt work to load any of the new.

I guess i'l stop buying amd  hardware cause they now really make it with a expiration date!

Asus HD6870 DirectCu 1GB.

Same problem here...

http://i.imgur.com/i6KYZJI.jpg

It shows the fan is at low RPM, but by the noise I can tell the fan is still constantly running 100%...

Tried reinstal drivers, removing and putting back to pci-e slot and so, nothing helped, it is also loud before Windows start or in BIOS so it is probably hardware issuse, not softwere... found more than 5 other threads about same issue with HD6870, but without solution, great work AMD, my first and probably last one ever AMD GPU.

Time to switch to HD4600. The noise is not acceptable...

If anyone found solution, share it with us pls.
