I have recently purchased a Sapphire Radeon 290 and am having issues. It seems that whever my HDTV is connected via HDMI (Panasonic G20B) DWM.exe will randomly crash with the following error.

I have tried clean installing various driver versions to no avail. Stress testing the GPU I have no issues (at least when the HDTV is disconnected that is). I sometimes get the crashes whilst playing HD video to the HDTV and occasionally it will crash when minimizing/maximizing windows (again whilst connected on the HDMI).

I'm out of ideas now.

EDIT: I also get occasional small square blocks on the screen. But only seems to happen in certain apps with hardware acceleration like Firefox and Thunderbird I think? It's so random it's hard to know.
