Actually, the thing is most (all?) of those TVs do not actually support full-bandwidth HDMI 2.0 with 4k @ 60hz 4:4:4 because the hardware to support that standard wasnt available yet when they were being designed earlier this year.
Instead they have support for low bandwidth 4k @ 60hz 4:2:0 (which they can still refer to as HDMI 2.0 even though it is not the full standard), which makes enabling low bandwidth 4k output a good interim move, one taken by other video card manufacturers.
