Hi guys I having a problem with my gaming PC. I just built it a couple of months ago but I recently got a GPU is a Windforce r9 290x, When I turn on my PC after being off for a couple of minutes I have a sound problem everything sounds weird, it not sound clear ( Please hear the Youtube Video)

And I have to restart it and then everything is just normal, I have to do this everyday... I formatted my PC like 4 times, install and then Uninstall GPU drivers , I tried beta drivers, Intel drivers , (I did this from the drivers of my Mobo company and from the Intel & AMD) well I guess I did everything...

When I was using my Intel graphics 4000 I've never had this kind of problem

This are my specs. and I am using Windows 8.1

CPU------------ Intel i5-4670k 3.4GHz

GPU------------ Gigabyte Windforce R9 290X OC 4GB

RAM------------ G.Skill Ripjaws @ 2133mhz

Motherboard- Gigabyte z87x UD4H Storage-------

Seagate 2 TB PSU------------

EVGA Super Nova 750W

PLEASE! HELP , BTW sorry for my bad english

TL;DR : Having a problem with sound ,not sound clear, everytime that I turn on my PC it sound weird and I have to restart it if I want to fix it...

You need to specify what display model that is and how it's connected.  Also what sound device you're actually using.
