Hello,

I have a BIG problem - a black screen. I recently bought a new PC with this video card, but from the second day...when browsing or looking movies (when I'm playing a games I do not have any problems) - maybe 3-4 time per day black screen appering and I have to shut down (forced to use power button - and maybe I'm not so good with computers, but this is not good for computer if you switching it off using this button...)

and it's happening everyday (somtimes - it happened 2 times only) screen coming back with notification about driver fails...

Please help me to issue this problem or I have to return this video card back to the shop using a warranty.((

My drivers version - 14.4 (I'm using AMD gaming envolved - when playing games and also to check driver updates).

There's a free program called CPU-Z that will tell you the make and model of your motherboard cpu and ram.

Please admin - close the topic- nobody care about the problems (which everybody thinks not exist). It's a driver problems - but everybody just do not want to do anything - and somebody blocked my IP adress from my PC...thanks...

I'm returning back useless video card with which u can play best games but can't watch a simple movie in ur computer....
