I have these BSOD. Radeon r9 280x

Hardware defect or driver ?

"ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver"

Crash Adress: ntoskrnl.exe

produced by "atikmdag.sys"

affected "afd.sys" and win32k.sys

Furthemore i run "Avast" i had a lot of BSOD with AMD too. Maybe its important. Is AMD not Avast compatible ? But this one had nothing todo with Avast i guess.

Bad memory is likely.

go get memtest86+ and try that, it will check the CPU and RAM and report any problems
