Hi there.

I've recently bought 2 Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X OC with boost cards tu build a crossfire configuration.

So, after uninstalling old Nvidia drivers, i've plugged these cards on PCIE ports with power supply cables and crossfire bridge. Computer starts but doesn't boot (black screen and no hdd boot). Tested with HDMI and DVI.

So, i've unpligged one card to have only 1 card in the first PCIE port. No boot.

I replace a card by the other and it works perfectly.

Do you think the second card is defective? Or maybe i missed something...

No overclocking

AMD Catalyst Driver Version
14.4

Operating System
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits

Motherboard
Asus P5Q3, no integrated graphics (BIOS AMI 1102)

Power Supply

Corsair CS750M (750W)

CPU Details
Intel core 2 Quad Q9400 (2.66 GHz no OC)

System Memory Type & Amount
8 Go DDR3 (4x 2Go)

Additional Hardware
SSD bootdrive SATA

Raptor Raid 0 (2 HDD) SATA

1 storage HDD SATA
