I have ordered a Sapphire Radeon 7850 on 28th june 2012 at Slovenian computer company called AGT. I have waited months to finally receive it somewhere between 21th and 26th september which is a really long time. Too long.

I kept calling and checking on my order and they kept saying its coming in next week but weeks turned into months obviously. Once I finally got it it seemed to be DOA since it was showing artifacts and such. So I sent it back to AGT on 27th september and they sent it to Germany for closer inspection. Today it is a 18th October and I still have no answer from Germany according to AGT.

So I ordered a graphic card in 26th june and today it is the 18th of october and I still dont have it. This can't just be unlucky, I think everyone involved in this from shipping out of Germany and Everyone are just very unprofessional in my view and my experience.

This throws a really bad light on AMD in my opinion and I am not at all happy.

Thank you!

So it is AMD's fault that a German company and Slovenian company are dragging their feet?

This is not AMD's fault.  You need to talk to your local Sapphire support dept or the retailer that you bought it from.

Usually it's best to go to a local shop, grab a video card, pay for it, and take it home immediately instead of ordering from a noname company which ships from thousands of  miles away.

I am sorry to hear of the furstrating experience you have had in buying your graphics card.  However, as the other members have already mentioned, this is not an issue that AMD can resolve for you.

I would encourage you to voice your concens to AGT directly, if you have not already done so.
