Hello, I come here after report the issue in the paradox forums support , because i read that the issue is a ATI issue with the engine of the game (http://forum.paradoxplaza.com)

The issue is than some zone of the UI, buttons, background will disappear, until the game is unplayable because no are buttons and UI..

the issue is with the game Hearts of Iron 3, with the original game and old expansions the issue happens a few times, now with the new expansion (the finest hour), is in every game i play in 30 min.

change the resolution or options dont affect the issue, i play in max and with all in minimal, and the same issue in 30 min

other guys are too with the same issue, all with ATI cards, me info:
