Hi, I am not certain this is the correct area tao ask my question please point me where I should post this question if not here..thanks. here it goes:

I am attempting to use Nestopia140bin   to play old nes games.  My graphics card is a Vision Tek Radeon 9550  my computer is a older model Dell,  low profile, clam shell style case,  Optiplex 270.

  and I am running windows XP  professional   ver 2002   32 bit version  with service pack 3  and a pentium 4    2.26 Ghz  and 3.50GB of RAM   My monitor is a Dell P973

The trouble I am having and that brings me here to ask all of you is that when I attempt to open Nestopia140bin  it wil not open  and says I need to update my drivers...but  I don't thimnk I can seeing  how my graphics card is a 9550 which is an  older  card.  

Any tips on how to get my card to work with Nestopia?

Any  tips  for me  on how to update my  graphics card drivers?...if I can.

Note,  I am just a novice at computers,   I can turn  the computer on and use it and do  a little trouble shooting...but nothing in depth. ....not with out clear instructions that is.
