i am having problems with video playback on the 13.1 drivers. any video played has a blocky smearedness to it which i cannot get rid of, i have tried udusting the sliders for edge enhancement de-blocking etc but its still present ive even tried disabling them completly. this is even effecting in game cenematic movies! the only thing it doenst effect is blu-ray playback.

Does it only occur when using 13.1? No issues when using previous versions? Screenshots would help if the issue is severe, but in most cases low-resolution video upscaling to 1080p for example will give alot of stretched pixels. Most games out there don't use over 1280x720 cinematics and blu-rays are already 1080p thus there is no upscaling.
