HELP!

i have installed the latest update of amd catalyst now i have a big problem when I play all the games. There is many lines from the character and anything that moves but the background of the game is normal. I'm using hd6950 plz help with any solution I have formated my pc and tried to install the original version of the catalyst but its not helping I have the same problem now what should I do?
