Core2Duo 2.66Ghz Processor

4GB Ram

ATI HD5450

Motherboard - MSI MS-7392

Windows Vista 64bit

Monitor resolution 1440x900

I have tried updating the drivers to the latest and lowering the resolution in game but this still runs very jerkily. Also tried lowering the effects in game. I'm not sure what the best settings are for the HD5450 for this, any help would be appreciated or if AMD could create a game profile for this and let me have it that would be great.

HD5450 is the lowest end gpu only fit to be in a HTPC, I am surprised you can run any game at all with it. And the new aliens game is ****, it ***** **** and is the worst game I've seen in a while.. it is most likely unoptimized and perform like **** on many systems. And I love the first Alien movies and original avp games, but this one is a turd!

Well that's weird because I have it running just fine now, shows what you know. Also I think the games pretty good. Sure the graphics are a bit dated but its not all about graphics.

err yes I do actually, hd5450 is better than hd2600. I know this because I've had both cards. Wish I hadn't bothered posting here now for condescending replies.

Wow that's really weird actually. I upgraded my video card because it couldn't play some game or other, and i found the 5450 to perform better and enabled me to play said game, but according to those results it is a worse card. That's really weird.
