Has anyone that had the difficulty with their Tomb Raider code received a Bioshock key yet?

 

I see on a few forums that these have started to arrive and Im really hoping we don't have the whole shenanigans with these too

Finally got a working code for Crysis 3 lastnight huge thanx to Marc@AMD for all his efforts hoopefully all goes well with BioShock......

I purchased my card in February and here we are at the end of March and I still haven't even received my bioshock key at all. I emailed support@amd4u on march 1st and never received a response from them. so I emailed them again tonight and hopefully they get back to me soon.

 

I purchased from newegg.com and I'm hoping to get my bioshock infinite code soon as the game will be out soon and I want to play it.

To put some of the Crysis 3 people at ease. I received my Bioshock code the other day and put it right into steam and WOW it didnt say used already.

I received my Bioshock key yesterday and activated it in Steam with no problems.  But the email contained the same Tomb Raider key as previously advised which does not work.

The Never Settle promotion was a deciding factor in me choosing between the AMD card I purchased and the NVIDIA equivalent.  I'm especially disappointed because I wanted to play Tomb Raider as a day 1 release.

It's almost 3 weeks since I originally contacted support and still nothing but an automated reply.

This issue is still not resolved, like others i got a used crysis 3 key, like others mailed amd support and no response for over a week. bioshock key works fine though. pretty dispointed with thia to be honest, the games were the reason i went with AMD over nvidia

hi

i registered my code today which is for 6 games, if received 5 game codes via 1 email but i haven't received the crysis 3 code.in the email it's says

 
Crysis 3 - EA Origin download

We will be sending you a download code for Crysis 3 as soon as the code is available. You will receive a follow up email that contains a game key that will grant you access to this amazing PC game.

Crysis 3 release date is on or before February 19, 2013*
(actual release date will vary by country)  

i want to know is there a issue or do i just need to wait?

At this time, I am not aware of any issues with Crysis 3 game-keys.  The game was released a while ago, so you should have received the key in the e-mail.

i can't scan/copy of purchase receipt for graphics card, because i didn't buy a graphic card... i won those on OCUK forum. amd gave 10 NSR codes to one of the admns to do a competition which i won one.

I tried to redeem my never settle voucher (for bioshock infinite and tombraider) and it told me that the unique ID had already been sent a game key.

I contacted support@amd4u.com and I sent them

  • a description of the problem
  • a screenshot of the problem
  • a photo of my receipt and the voucher

basically all the things mentioned in Marc's post of 05/02/2013. They told me they would investigate and get back to me as soon as possible. This was 2 months ago. I have asked for an update on a regular basis, but I got absolutely no response.

Now I'm a pretty patient man, but this is getting ridiculous.
