So i am thinking of getting the newest bioshock for my pc. I am just afraid of my aging radeon hd 5750 will be able to handle it. Any tips on how to get it to work well and not look to crappy to play?

There is no reason why the HD5750 shouldn't handle it on medium settings, maybe even with few settings on high if you have a good cpu.
