Was using windows 7 driver, i think, then i needed to update my driver and downloaded the Catalyst Control Center. Everything works fine but now in Guild Wars 2 all the character decals (armor, clothing, some monsters, ect.) are really low quality. Really really low. Everything in the game is still set to max graphics, which was fine before, and most things such as terrain and battle animations work fine, but now those decals are very fuzzy and low quality.

Graphics Card
- SAPPHIRE Radeon 5870

Intel i7-870 2.93GHz

AMD Catalyst Driver Version
Catalyst Control Center 13.1

Operating System
Windows 7 64 bit, most recent updates

Issue Details
- low quality armor every time i run Guild wars 2
- Always low no matter the setting (max, high, low, ect)

- Other graphical animations still look great and work well

Display Device(s) and Connection(s) Used
-Hanns G HZ351 monitor, and a HDMI to HDMI cable

Downloaded from where? STEAM (wrong), Windows Update (really wrong), or the AMD website (correct)? Also why did you "need to update"? GW2 is based on the antique GW1 engine and runs just as good on Catalyst 12.10 as the newest betas.

I downloaded from the AMD website. I don't think you can get the CCC from Steam anyway.

I had to update because i wanted to move from my HDMI to DVI cable that i was using, to a HDMI to HDMI cable. Once i switched cords the resolution for my monitor was not setting properly, and i had to get the CCC to do the scaling thing so i did not have a black inch and a half around my screen.
