MoHA (version 1.3) can't hold playable FPS (frequent drops to 15-30 FPS). It strange 'cause other Unreal Engine games like Bioshock 2, Singularity, Borderlands and Bulletstrom works so well (~60 FPS) at highest settings.
Tests made with clean start, mouse smoothing set to false, default CCC settings and no forced AA/AF/MF etc.; administrator account, compatibility mode doesn't help. It also isn't a sound card issue. "Clear" DXDiag.
Highest in-game settings (textures, models and decals - high; p-p effects - full) without VSync, resolution change doesn't have meaning impact to FPS.

We could say that game has weak optimalization until we read that performance test from 2007:
C2D E6550 + HD2900XT can get +70 average FPS (1680x1050) but C2D E7400 + HD5770 won't.
