- Shortly after your purchase (a day or two later), you should receive an e-mail from your retailer. The e-mail with indicate your purchase was valid for the "Never Settle" Promotion, and a unique code will be provided in the e-mail.
- The e-mail will provide insutrctions & a link to AMD's website.
- Go to the website and submit the unit code
- A short time later (another day or two), you should receive an e-mail from AMD with the applicable game codes in the e-mail
When did you make your purchase? It may just take some time for TigerDirect to get it sorted out...
If it's been a while and you still have not receive an e-mail with the Promo Coupon code, give TigerDirect a call / e-mail, and see if they can fix this.
You may then go to the section of the forum here http://forums.amd.com/game/categories.cfm?catid=468&entercat=y and start a thread; see if Marc@AMD can help you solve this issue. I believe you can contact Marc via PM or e-mail as well...he's very active on the forums here anyways.
