I am receiving the following error after I crash mid game:

DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The applicatoin's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the applications.  This is an design-time issue that should be investiaged and fixed. "). GPU: "AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series", Driver: 13.11 (13.25.18/-131029a-164333E-ATI)

I am running two Radeon 6950's in a crossfire configuration.  I am using the current 13.11 v8 beta driver.  I have also rolled back the driver and used it in a non-crossfire configuration.  The game has been very choppy for me.  Weather I have my settings on Ultra, High or Meduim with crossfire enabled or disabled.  Any guidence would be very much appreciated.  This rig runs BF3 amazingly, but BF4 has lots of stutter and crashes.

I would read thru the 'fixes' listed here ...the stuttering could be from the ULPS kicking in...a fix is here.

I have heard some people dropping back to 13.4 to get stable game play. I would hope that the next WHQL release beyond 13.11 Beta releases will be stable.

i remember since error As i tried running Battlefield 3 with My 6950 crossfire. (asus) couldn't play smooth fps at All. i gave up After a month and replaced them both for one Single gpu 79xx series. it is also way faster As two 6950s. Exspecially in high Resolution settings.
