Hi guys, I'm very new to pc building so bear with me. I'm running BF4 on high settings and I see my framerate dipping in the 40's and high 30's. At some places it runs at a nice 60fps.

I'm running the newest drivers (13.11 Beta 8).

Specs:

AMD 8350

MSI Twin Frzor 280x

8 GB 1600

Win7 64bit.

Thanks guys, any help would be appreciated!

There are several issues right now outstanding with BF4, framerate drops to memory leaks. EA and all involved are working at a High Priority to resolve these issues ASAP. The best thing is to looking for the patches from EA and new drivers from AMD.

Bf4 will task your system. What temp is it getting up to? Is you power supply over 600 watts? What mother board are you sporting? What internet provider and what speed of service? What hard drive are you running? Whats all running in your background?

there are so many things that can affect a system.

Try playing single person or a server with fewer people and a low lag speed.

PLEASE HELP!!

I am having the identical performance/low framerate issue on 3 separate PCs all of which are almost as high end enthusiast level builds as they get.

I am using the AMD Catalyst 13.11 beta drivers on the first 2 builds and 13.9 on the third build, all with the same pathetic results. Whether I am running triple screen eyefinity @ 5760 x 1080 or single screen at 1920 x 1080 or 1920 x 1200, the frame rate is around 40-65 on ultra settings. If I drop it down to Low quality settings I get double that for FPS.

I am reading of people with 2 Nvidia GTX 780's hitting close to 200FPS all day long and I am averaging 25% of that on all 3 of my builds in BF4. This is on both single player and multiplayer and I have a fiber 50x5 connection so bandwidth is a non issue. This is not a hardware/resource issue but either a bug in software (game itself or drivers), or some type of conflict between drivers or settings. Anyone know of any known issues with BF4 and Raid0? I average 960mbps read write speeds on my Raid 0 using adapted 6805 andSamsung 840 Pro's so I highly doubt thats the issue.... Plus I am having this issue on the system that doesn't have a raid controller/setup.

Here is my  hardware spec's for the 3 systems I am having this issue with... THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

ANy Ideas? Do you have any articles/ information that shows the BF4 team is aware of this issue and working on it actively? Thank you!
