I have an HP ENVY Phoenix i5-3570 3.4Ghz processor system with 24MB RAM an AMD HD 7670 w/ 1MB RAM 600W Power supply Windows 8 64 bit and based on the games specs I should be able to run both gamesSo my question is is this AMD HD good enough to run either or both? It would be great if either game manufacturer would have an app on their website to see if your system specs are good enough and if not what type upgrade you would need.

The specs are ok, but not the OEM HP 7670 card. HP is bad at pushing cheap cards including the 8000 series. Sorry to say that but is a reality of low performaning card.

You do have a 600W PSU which will help to get something that will  support those games.

No it is 1GB at 975MHz but I think a 7870 is the recpmmended for BF4 while COD Ghost is a 7950. I was you I would look at a 7970, 7990, or R9 series card.

My card plays BioShock, TombRaider, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, Saints Row IV, Loadout, Sniper Elite V2, Halo 1/2/CE, Doom 3, Dirt 3, NFS's Most Wanted/The Run/Shift 2. I have a single monitor using 1600x900 DVI.

I know that a XFX 7970 3GB is about $390, well the others range $420 to $530, depending on core clock and ram on the card.
