just installed an hd 7750 in my 3 year old HP H8-1080T desktop. After a few days the CCC icon disappears from the system tray. I have to reinstall it to get it back each time. Is there a cure for this or is it a known glitch. TIA

Does it still work in the background? ie. does it appear in task manager (ccc.exe), can you access it from desktop right click menu or from display properties menu in control panel? I'm not 100% if this bug persists in Windows 8, but in 7 if you have too programs that go into tray during startup, some of them 'disappear', but they are still working in the background.

ccc.exe is not present in task manager or in the tray. I cannot restart it from start menu. Only way to get it back it to reinstall it from the disk.p.s. your reply system is messed up. this is my 3rd attempt to reply to your messaage
