Hey, i have become a new computer system on christmas with following specs:

FX 6300 six core processor
ASRock 970 extreme 3 R2.0

4gb gskill ripjaws

Radeon r9 270 xfx version

the case has 4 fans,

and the power supply is a thermaltake hamburg with 530 watt

in battlefield 4 i have on high settings avg fps 40 but der are drops down to 20

and also i would have a little bit more hardware power but where should i begin? more ram? or a new processor ? or a new graphics card???

For Battlefield 4? All of the above because it's full of bugs. I would suggest an inexpensive but powerful aftermarket CPU cooler so you can run that CPU at 4.1ghz+ all the time, and MSI Afterburner so you can overclock the graphics card. But other than that you're going to have to wait for DICE to learn how to code properly.
