I've just installed a HD 5850 but its not recognising hardware acceleration and therefore most games won't run.

 

Any thoughts?

Graphics Card
ATIHD 5850. no overclocking

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History

Issue Details
DXDiag is not recognising hardware acceleration or direct 3d and i have no option to turn them on
